In need of something today--anything at all? Press into Jesus. He has given you the POWER to be a Child of God. That power can move mountains.
Our first “Ask Me Anything” episode!! 🥳 That means I let listeners decide the topics. Yes, that's a plural "topics." In this episode I answer three questions from listeners--THREE-- regarding prayer, something personal, and scripture. Listen in if you’d like to hear about:
Learn from the world's best disciple of Jesus--and her Immaculate Heart.
In the words of Ice Cube, "Today was a good day." 🎶
"Glory and trumpets" is my FAVORITE celebratory phrase. Do you know where it comes from? The first time I read it was in the LOTR series. Is it only a phrase in Middle Earth? I don't really know but in my mind, that's where it lives. I can think of no better way to end the current era of our Instagram journey together than with a resounding— "Glory and trumpets!"
Nunc coepi = now I begin. I'm making changes here.
What a weekend! The Roman Rite celebrated the Feast of Corpus Christi—I love that feast, a good friend got engaged—insert high-pitched squeal, and we remembered the lives of two people whom were loved at our parish but have very, very recently passed—so sad but remembering the gift they both were and the promise of Our Lord was beautiful.
Arguably the best Easter homily ever. At least, it's my favorite! What do you think about it?
It's Bright Week in the Eastern Catholic Churches (aka the Easter Octave to Roman Catholics). You know what that means? We're par-taying like it's Resurrection Sunday aaaaaaall week long! Celebrate with me and help me live out my unrealized childhood dream of being a D.J. even if it's only virtual and over social media comments.
